PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A BOARD/TEST CHAIRPERSON SIGNATURE ON AN APPLICATION FOR A COMPETITION/TEST SESSION -- HERE IS THE PROCEDURE:
In the front office at the rink there is a maroon folder marked "WFSC Mail" into which you put the completed and signed application. If any application is not fully completed (every piece of information filled out) and signed, the application will not be signed by a Board Member/Test Chairperson.
Then you or your coach needs to contact a board member or test chairperson for signature - either by phone or email through the website.
A board member or test chaiperson will come to the rink (once called or emailed) and sign the completed and signed application.
The completed and signed application is then picked up by you or your coach from the folder in the front office of the rink for you to send in to the appropriate skate club.
If there is ever any questions on this procedure, please feel free to contact a Board Member by phone or email through the club website.
